Grilling fresh ripe peaches is a easy way to put an exclamation point on any meal you’ve prepared on your Primo. The minimal prep and cooking times even allow you to start making this desert after dinner – just keep the grill hot.

Wash & half the peaches and scoop out the pits. To make the sauce, simply mix 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of butter, and 3 tablespoons of dark rum. You can make in a saucepan- bring to a boil, stir, and then turn off heat. Or, just microwave it for 45 to 60 seconds.

Grill the peaches over direct heat, cut side down first. Depending on the intensity of the fire, turn them over in 3 to 6 minutes. We would recommend a moderate fire, around 300 degrees.
